Yoga Neuromechanics
The term neuromechanics was first proposed by neurophysiologist Dr. Roger Enoka. Neuromechanics applies concepts from biomechanics and neurophysiology to study human movement. It examines the integrative roles of the skeletal, muscular, and nervous systems in producing motor tasks.
Our goal at Yoga Neuromechanics is to make movement science accessible and applicable to yoga practioners at any level. We will provide you with science that meets you where you are at, and help you apply what you’ve learned to enhance your teaching and practice. We offer live training programs to educate movement therapists from all disciplines. Our training programs are constantly evolving in order to help you provide the latest techniques to make a last difference in the lives of your clients.
